Great experience at Upward! I injured my knee and wasn’t able to do much of anything. The atrophy of my quadriceps was depressing! The Emsulpt NEO not only helped me recovery from my injury, but also build muscle when I could not do any lower body lifts!

So I have been working to trim up my dad bod and it is not easy in your mid forties. Especially with Crumbl right down the road. However, I found a hack. Emsculpt is AWESOME! it is like doing 20,000 crunches in 30 minutes. It heats the fat and builds the muscle all while you lay there. It is intense and you defiantly can tell it is working. You only have to do 4 treatments a week apart and then comes the fun part. Before and after pictures. It is amazing that you can get a total of 80,000 crunches in 2 hours total. It used to take me years to do that many crunches if I had really done that many. Fair warning serious dad bod picture.
